My hands are finally moderate again as I type away on my outdated keyboard.
I just listened to my mom’s voice messages and genuinely miss the outdated gal.
I think I’ll supply her a call tomorrow night and chew the fat for a bit. I want to see how she is doing and what is going on in her world with my stepdad. I am going to maybe go back there this Summer to toil on a rental cabin and try to lock in $810 a month in income from it. I manage the cabin for my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C rep brother, who is living on the other side of the planet, and I think I can raise the rent and get a great chunk each month for managing the temperature controlled houses. There is the main cabin and a small household cabin next to it, and I think I can get $810 for my cut, which would pay my rent and utilities each month over here where I am living overseas… Then I could toil some heating system replacements at the local company and pay for my food and spending money each month with no problem. I will do this for another six years and after that I will get about $1000 a month in SS benefits, if they are still around! I may start up my own fireplace sales company if I am motivated and do that part time while I play music in my band and ride out the rest of my years in style. I hope you are having a great afternoon!
