I just listened to my mom’s voice messages and truly miss the old gal.
I feel I’ll supply his a call tomorrow evening and chew the fat for a bit. I want to see how he is doing and what is going on in his world with my stepMom. I am going to maybe go back there this Summer to work on a rental household and try to lock in $790 a month in income from it. I manage the household for my Heating and Air Conditioning rep brother, who is living on the other side of the planet, and I feel I can raise the rent and get a good chunk each month for managing the climate controlled houses. There is the main house and a small house house next to it, and I feel I can get $790 for my cut, which would pay my rent and utilities each month over here where I am living overseas, then I could work some boiler replacements at the local corporation and pay for my food and spending money each month with no problem. I will do this for another six years and then my friend and I will get about $1000 a month in SS benefits, if they are still around! I may start up my own fireplace sales corporation if I am motivated and do that part time while I play rock n roll in my band and ride out the rest of my years in style.
