I was anxious with my boss last week, because she promised to make me the lead dealer, then the owner of the HVAC corporation where I labor was supposed to provide me a promotion & a raise, but she provided it to her kid instead, and i was supposed to become the next lead dealer, & it isn’thonorablethat the woman got the job just because she is related to the boss.
I tried to complain & I told my boss that I was unhappy.
I even threatened to quit my job, but she did not seem to mind. The next day I took my resignation letter to the office & I did not even bother to provide the owner of the SUV A/C corporation two weeks’ notice. I very did not know she deserved 2 weeks notice after promising to provide me the job & going back on that promise. I went to one of the competing HVAC corporations as soon as I quit my job. I thought it would be undoubtedly easy to find a job anywhere else & I was right. I definitely found a job laboring at a competing HVAC corporation for the same rate that I was making & I found a job laboring at a commercial & residential HVAC corporation making $2 extra. The job required me to commute 40 minutes, so I decided to take the job making the same amount of money. At least I would have some respect from the people around me instead of getting stomped on like I did at the other site.
