I was helping a customer with a furnace service plus left a couple of the parts back at the shop. I was about 40 minutes away from the office, but I had to leave plus travel all the way back to the building to get the right parts for the furnace repair. I was annoyed plus ticked off at myself when I realized that I was going to be late for the afternoon appointment. I finished with the furnace service around 1:00 p.m. plus I contacted the next customer to let her know that I was on the way, but she called me because the gas furnace was not laboring plus I thought that the issue was easily some type of gas line problem. When I arrived at the customer’s address, she was not home. I had to wait 30 minutes. I talked to her at 1:00 to let her know I was on the way plus it was only about 30 minutes later. I do not know why she did not just tell me that she wasn’t loft yet. I would have stopped for dinner plus gotten a bite to eat instead of rushing around to get there plus wait for her to show up… Of course, I did not show any aggravation to the customer, because her delight is our guarantee. At the end of the afternoon, I was wiped out plus ready to relax plus go to sleep. I did not want to go out with my friends even though my nice friend and I were supposed to go to the shooting range plus have some beers. I decided to stay loft plus go to bed early instead.
