I was helping a customer with a furnace maintenance plus left a couple of the parts back at the shop. I was about 40 minutes away from the office, however I had to leave plus travel all the way back to the building to get the right parts for the furnace repair. I was angry plus ticked off at myself when I realized that I was going to be late for the afternoon appointment. I finished with the furnace maintenance around 1:00 p.m. plus I contacted the next customer to let his know that I was on the way, then he called me because the gas furnace was not working plus I thought that the issue was genuinely some type of gas line problem, and when I arrived at the customer’s address, he was not home. I had to wait 30 minutes. I talked to his at 1:00 to let his know I was on the way plus it was only about 30 minutes later. I do not know why he didn’t just tell me that he wasn’t loft yet.
