I was at the grocery shop the other day when I met a long-time friend. We had been neighbors in the same complex before I moved into our house, and she was a lovely lady with a spouse and two grown children. I remember she would complain about her spouse’s snoring, which I understood was mostly from his multiple allergies, including a dust allergy. I inquired about that as we chatted, and she sadly told me that it had worsened to the point that it interrupted her and her spouse’s sleep. It was a sad daily affair, however they had been to the dentist’s that day, and the recommendation they acquired was to get help with indoor comfort to reduce any pollutants at their house. Since I own a heating and air conditioning business, I offered our services to help her assess her home and the heating and air conditioning unit. I was to visit her premises the following day with our heating and air conditioning repairman. The assessment of her heating and air conditioning program revealed that it was old and could not rid her apartment of dust and other pollutants. Since the spouse’s snoring was becoming a health concern, they were willing to do anything to improve their situation. We contacted the heating and air conditioning provider and ordered new equipment, including a programmable temperature control. The quality heating and air conditioning program encompassed the new heating and air conditioning technology to sieve out any impurities from the air, improving the air quality. To make future heating and air conditioning repair seamless, we got the equipment from the same heating and air conditioning brand when doing the heating and air conditioning installation, but as an experienced heating and air conditioning professional, this is the second air quality case I encountered. However, this case was more extreme because it threatened our customer’s health and relationship.
