When I returned from doing an HVAC installation job at a customer’s house, I got a couple of missed calls from my brother.
Upon calling him back, I discovered he wanted my assistance to fix his noisy HVAC unit.
Since I was busy for the next two days, I assured him I would be at his house the evening of the second day. My brother is a nurse, and I own a local business that provides HVAC services to residents. For the next two days, I would oversee the HVAC maintenance of the quality HVAC at the municipal offices. When I finished the second afternoon, I went to visit my brother. I was surprised to hear his unit rumbling from the street. Fortunately, I had come with my team of HVAC professionals, and they immediately started inspecting and working on it. My brother and I caught up over iced tea while my senior HVAC repairman supervised the repair work. The thermostat needed replacing, while the significant unit had to have different parts replaced as well. The air quality started improving when the HVAC providers completed the work. I ordered a dozen air filters from our HVAC business and showed my brother how to install and uninstall them. The neighbors were grateful we dealt with the annoying sound disturbing their sleep for more than two days. My brother promised to be keener on keeping a regular schedule so that the system can continue to help with indoor comfort. If we had not worked on the problem on time, my brother would be in the market looking at different HVAC brands from which to purchase new HVAC equipment.
