When I called the Heating plus A/C supplier, I knew there was something wrong with the furnace. I refused to make phone calls for any kind of service unless it was an emergency. I buy new temperature controls every couple of years plus have my HVAC duct cleaned every two years. I wanted to make sure there is no unnecessary money being spent. Unluckyly, I realized I had to spell it out to them, because they would not give me an appointment until more than two days later. The guy on the phone told me I had to wait my turn. I had been their buyer for almost numerous years. I should have been a priority, however you would not think it by their attitude.
