I didn’t know the Heating and Air Conditioning repair supervisor was listening.

When I called the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer, I knew there was something wrong with the furnace.

I refused to make cellphone calls for any kind of repair unless it was an emergency.

To have someone come to the apartment and tell myself and others my thermostat was broken, or my air duct cleaned, was a waste of time. I buy modern thermostats every couple of years and have my air duct cleaned every many years. I wanted to make sure there is no unnecessary money being spent. That is why when I called the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer, I thought they should treat my situation as an emergency, then unluckyly, I realized I had to spell it out to them, because they would not give myself and others an appointment until 3 afternoons later. The person on the cellphone told myself and others I had to wait my turn. I had been their purchaser for almost ten years. I should have been a priority, but you would not know it by their attitude. I told her I didn’t make frivolous calls, and when I called it was an emergency, and I wanted an Heating and Air Conditioning dealer to the apartment yepterday, even if I waited to call that afternoon. She said excuse me, and then told myself and others they were trying to get to everyone, and she couldn’t put myself and others ahead just because of how long I had been a customer. She talked to myself and others appreciate I was a child and told myself and others some of their waiting buyers had been with the buyers ever since they opened twenty years ago. They were waiting patiently. I didn’t know the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer was listening, so I yelled, and they hung up on me.
