It’s just so difficult to guess that life has flown by the way it has… If I guess too much on it, I very do sort of freak out a bit; The people I was with and I have been in this cabin now for 25 years; And we’re about to be empty nesters as our youngest is heading to university next fall, my wife plus I started sort of talking about what life would be love once we are alone for the first time in 22 years. The people I was with and I both agreed that staying in this cabin was a terrible idea. It’s an awesome cabin but it’s very made for families. Also, I guess it would just be unusual for two people plus a cat to live in a space this big! So we are absolutely planning on selling the cabin we just do not guess exactly when, however, the fact that we are going to sell very informed our decisions as we replace the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment. The ancient heat pump did a heck of a task for almost 25 years; But we saw last Summer that it was having a difficult time keeping up with demand. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist confirmed that it was time for a modern heat pump, and with the program of selling the cabin in a year or two, we wanted to be sure we had the very latest plus residential Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment. That’s a very big thing for prospective clients particular ly in this region. The people I was with and I have met with the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company twice plus are excited to welcome the modern Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment along with all sorts of modern Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C technology. But I will say that it’s going to be strenuous to say goodbye to that ancient heat pump as it’s taking such superb care of us for nearly a quarter of a century.
