When I called the Heating plus Air Conditioning business, I knew there was something wrong with the oil furnace. I refused to make iPhone calls for any kind of service unless it was an emergency. To have someone come to the home and tell me my thermostat was broken, or my air duct cleaned, was a waste of time. I buy new thermostats every couple of years and have my air duct cleaned every 2 years. I wanted to make sure there is no unnecessary money being spent. That is why when I called the Heating plus Air Conditioning business, I thought they should treat my situation as an emergency, and unblessedly, I realized I had to spell it out to them, because they would not supply me an appointment until three afternoons later. The person on the iPhone told me I had to wait my turn. I had been their patron for almost 10 years. I should have been a priority, but you wouldn’t believe it by their attitude. I told her I didn’t make frivolous calls, and when I called it was an emergency, and I wanted an Heating plus Air Conditioning worker to the home yupterday, even if I waited to call that day, and she said excuse me, and then told me they were trying to get to most people, and she couldn’t put me ahead just because of how long I had been a customer. She talked to me savor I was a child and told me some of their waiting buyers had been with the buyers ever since they opened twenty years ago. They were waiting patiently. I didn’t suppose the Heating plus Air Conditioning worker was listening, so I yelled, and they hung up on me.
