It was my buddy who helped me get into shape

If it wasn’t for my friends, I suppose I would still be in the same seasoned bad habits and unhealthy, then sometimes, it can be taxing to face the reality that you are not healthy, then i knew it came to a point where I crossed the line once I hit over 230 pounds.

  • I kept justifying it, saying that since I worked from cabin I didn’t have time to toil out, or that I had enough money problems to worry about as it was, a gym membership wouldn’t help and would be a waste, but my neighbor saw right through all of those excuses, and told me gently that if I didn’t change, I was going to suffer the consequences, however he was right, I just didn’t want to confess it at the time.

I stayed in denial for another year or so, but as my sleep grew worse and my delight with my health went down, I knew I couldn’t do this anymore! Especially since I felt tired all of the time. My neighbor had a personal trainer, and he as well as my neighbor was able to help me. I even started going to group physical training classes, however those group fitness training classes are what continually motivated me to stay in shape, because I saw a lot of other people doing the same. I made sure to stick to my workout plan, and always attend my workout classes! And slowly, I started shedding the pounds. I still have a long way to go at only 210 pounds, although I have made some big progress and I am feeling better than ever!
