Not all women are able to breastfeed their babies

Lactating ladies pump breast milk for so many reasons either.

Breastfeeding or instead of breastfeeding, and some ladies can’t breastfeed due to their babies not latching or if their baby is unwell.

There are those who go back to work,so they can’t breastfeed. We exclusively pump because our babies are intubated and can’t breastfeed until they’re off the ventilator. Pumping can be hard and has to be done frequently or troubles can arise like lower milk supply or breast infection. There are various things that make life easier when pumping. First, always ensure you are comfortable and your area is clean that you pump in. It’s crucial that the temperature of your house or wherever you are pumping is comfortable. If you are dripping with sweat or cold while pumping, that can lead to stress. When you are tied up your body will produce less milk. We personally make sure our air conditioning is set to a comfortable temperature on our smart control component before we pump because we live in warmer weather conditions. Our babies are in the NICU, so when we pump here there central air conditioning is always set between 68-79 degrees. If you’re dripping with sweat while pumping, the flanges which are the devices that help collect milk may slide off so it’s important that you do not allow yourself to sweat too much. If you’re someone who pumps breast milk, ensure you get routine maintenance done on your HVAC idea to make sure you can stay comfortable.
