The birthday would have been perfect if it hadn’t been for the sketchy birthday venue. It was a financial necessity to go with a cheaper venue, even though I was entirely hoping things would go well regardless. Sadly, my sibling’s chosen birthday venue ended up having terrible heating plus cooling inside. He toured the venue in May while it was still freezing outside plus didn’t bother to ask about air conditioning. By the time the birthday was hosted in July, the weather outside was already in the 90s plus every one of us found out the day of the birthday how underpowered the air conditioning was in the venue. At least the birthday is over plus they can just be glad as a couple with their time together.
