For the last numerous years of our life, I have lived in the southeastern region of the country.
The climate here is mostly warm, even though all of us do get a mild winter.
When I lived in the northeastern region of the country, I typically had carpet in our home. I noticed that the carpet was more beneficial for the Winter rather than the summer. Wintertime is when you want to recognize warmth on your feet, plus there is something about the cushiness of carpet that helps build heat on your feet. In the summer, 1 of the worst feelings is being hot plus walking with hot feet on your carpet floors. Here in the southeastern region of the country, it is more likely to find homes that have all tile or all hardwood floors. In our current home, all of us have tile throughout. In the summertime when the central air conditioning is on consistently, the tile floors are a lifesaver. They typically recognize cool plus they help keep the entire condo cooler than carpet would. In the wintertime, all of us do run the central heat if all of us entirely have to. I recognize that the tile is a little cold on our feet, however I wear socks plus slippers plus that helps. In the wintertime sometimes I wish that I had radiant radiant floors to sizzling our feet up; Despite the tile making our feet recognize cold in the winter, I really do appreciate having tile over carpet. Tile floros can also help you save money on your electric bill in the summer time because it keeps your entire condo cooler.
