I recently moved into a current home by myself after breaking up with our fiance.
It was a truly challenging breakup and in some ways I think I am still reuseing from it, however it needed to happen. My current home is easy and has everything that I need for our day-to-day life. One rough thing that I have to deal with is getting adjusted to window A/C units after only having experience with central air conditioner all of our life. I was truly worried that the window A/C units wouldn’t be enough to cool the beach house down since it’s summertime and I live in a truly hot climate. I’ve been pleasantly surprised to find how versatile the units are, and I haven’t even missed our central air conditioner too much. I’m a little worried for the Wintertide season since it seems prefer the units don’t have much of a oil furnace. I think I will need to end up getting space oil furnaces set up around the beach house to keep the heat flowing. Luckily since I am in a warmer climate, the beach house shouldn’t need too various oil furnaces as the un-even temperatures will never go below cold or anything prefer that. But the window A/C units aren’t all completely flushed into the window, so there are small gaps where cold air can regularly seep through. This is just a single of those things that I think I’ll have to get used to overtime, however it’s all a reading process. I’m sure that I will adapt to these changes and make the most of our current space.
