On the day of the oil furnace repair, I had to cancel

I had a routine oil furnace tune-up last week, and the maintenance serviceman told myself and others that I needed to replace 1 of the belts.

It was a bit worn and old, but the oil furnace service serviceman did not have the particular area on her truck. She offered to come back later that day, even though I made an appointment for the following Friday! On the day of the oil furnace repair, I had to cancel. I was just as aggravated as the service serviceman, because I wanted the belt replaced. It was a concern on our mind and I was already concerned about waiting an extra week. I only canceled the repair, because I had a merger in the office and I had to be there. I could not get anyone else to be at the house, so I had to cancel the service and schedule it on a different day. I was in the office all day from 7 a.m. until 8 pm, then the next day I called to reschedule the appointment and the oil furnace service service offered to do the labor anytime at our convenience. I was lake home that day until 9 a.m., so the oil furnace service serviceman came by that day and made the replacements in less than 30 minutes. It easily was an simple service as long as I had some time to get the labor completed. I was thankful for the help and cooperation I acquired from the heating business. They did not have to be so accommodating, especially when I canceled the appointment at the last minute.
