But, nothing prepared us for the overwhelming response. I had started making clothes in a spare room in our new home after losing my task. However, a few mornings into our stay, the AC unit stopped working. There was no warning or reason to suspect the AC would shut off. All of us were so far away from a neighborhood so we chose to get some portable AC units from the car. We’d bought them for the fashion show as well as never took them out of the car. They proved so effective in keeping us cool as we waited for an AC expert to come as well as repair the cooling program at the beach house. The appointment was made by the beach new home owner, who we’d called to explain that the AC unit wasn’t working. All of us were so ecstatic to have the portable AC units since our relaxing trip wasn’t interrupted for that long.
