For years and years, I didn’t much worry about anyone stealing anything out of my garage.
This was because I don’t think even a desperate thief could have dealt with to toxic slush of odors.
He might have gotten access to the garage but just a few minutes in there would have run any potential thief out of there. I rarely leave the quality heating and air of my house to venture into my garage. It’s just that bad out there. And it’s really all my fault. The garage just sort of became a dumping ground for all the stuff that we couldn’t responsibly toss out. And it became the storage area for all the stuff that needed gas and oil. So when you mix all of that together, it was quite a toxic stew. And it was just a complete and utter mess as well. I was embarrassed and never opened the garage door if I could help it. But this just had to come to an end so I whipped open the garage door and tried to attack what I could. Even with the door wide open it was still noxious in the garage. I wasn’t going to get it cleaned out and organized without some help from the HVAC company. Thankfully, they sent out and HVAC technician who installed an exhaust fan. This bit of HVAC ventilation has been the key to me being able to actually turn that dump back into a functional garage. Now that I have it clean, organized and not smelling like a chemical fire, I plan to keep it that way for sure. But I couldn’t have done it without the HVAC professionals.
