If something is working it does not need fixing.
I have lived by this principle for so long although I consistently knew it would 1 afternoon land me in trouble.
I had neglected the multi split a/c method in our home simply because it was working. I could not even recall the last time I had consulted anything with the indoor comfort business. All our friends either had a smart or WIFI control device while I still had our analogue 1. I did not see the point in replacing something that was still working. I had no plan what other cooling products existed or any new development in the cooling industry. I was not sure when was the last time I saw a cooling workman or called the local business. One afternoon I passed by our heat pump plus I could tell it had a burning smell. I panicked because I had study that such a smell was dangerous. After all, it meant that there were dire issues that could potentially cause or put the beach house at risk of an electrical fire. I instantly called the local maintenance provider to seek assistance. The cooling expert came to our beach house to inspect plus repair the heat pump upgrade. After he had checked the cooling system set up he told me that it had damaged wiring plus the motor was failing. The professional told me the cost of the repairs the cooling method needed plus I nearly fell off our seat. The aftermath of our negligence had finally caught up with me plus even reading more about a/c at this point was not going to save me. If only I had followed the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C maintenance system that I was offered all this could have been avoided.
