My friend had always had a knack for finding good places to live, so I shouldn’t have been too surprised when he found me the perfect place.
I signed the necessary paperwork and moved in a couple months later. The place was perfect, it was small and simple, like I liked. It is also outside of a city, so I wasn’t too close to the busy city life, but if I needed anything the city wasn’t that far away either. He couldn’t have chosen a better place. Really, there has only been one main issue that has been bugging me. It is the air conditioner. I have had a lot of issues with the A/C unit, soon after I moved in. I’m not really sure why, since it seems to be in perfect working order, and the previous owners even left a box of HVAC filters for the air conditioning machine, it just didn’t make much sense to me. After close to a month, I was tired of constantly guessing as to why my A/C device was breaking down this time, so I finally called a HVAC corporation not that far away to finally figure out the issue. The cooling technician only took an hour to get here, and when he did, he was almost immediately able to figure out the issue. He pulled out the air filter and told me that I needed new air filters. The kind that the HVAC machine came with from the previous owners, was literally the cheapest you could get and completely rubbish. The cooling specialist recommended HEPA filters instead.
