The a/c worker did a good job of cleaning it out plus once everything was cleared out, the smell disappeared
As much as I appreciate living in a beautiful tropical environment, it easily comes with its setbacks, then people who live in drier environments wouldn’t understand the concerns that come with living in a place with high humidity. Although the sights around here are beautiful, the humidity plus heat can make it unbearable. It is at least 73% in humidity when you go outside, plus then when you add the heat it becomes borderline unbearable. You might suppose there is a simple solution to that problem, just go inside, concern solved. Not necessarily, because sporadically, the humidity is so high it can start causing problems indoors as well. Sometime back, I observed our house had a slight musty smell in it. It was all over, plus I couldn’t pinpoint where it was coming from. I observed the smell was being carried all throughout the house, so I had our a/c shut off to stop it. I had a hunch of what the issue might be, so I called an a/c specialist. The a/c professional looked inside our HVAC duct, plus told me I badly needed duct cleaning. Apparently it was mold plus mildew galore in there, plus that was causing the awful smell and posing a health risk. The a/c worker did a good job of cleaning it out plus once everything was cleared out, the smell disappeared. I could also breathe easier, which was nice. The mold plus mildew was caused by high humidity. So while living in tropical environments can be nice, they easily have their setbacks.
