My fiance plus I stayed in a new Hotel plus Resort last weekend.
The hotel plus resort had nice reviews online plus our fiance plus I thought every one of us would have a nice time; Unluckyly, the hotel service was a sizable joke.
On Thursday night, our fiance plus I ordered room service at 9 in the night. The study room was supposed to be open until 2 in the morning, so I was surprised when they were out of a few peculiar items. They did not have any mozzarella sticks, potato skins, or onion rings. My fiance plus I tried to order a sample platter with all of the appetizers, but they only had more than one items left to put on the platter. Another problem in the hotel was the Heating plus A/C unit. When the equipment came on, the whole room filled with a horrible odor. The Heating plus A/C component looked practically brand-new, but there was an odor coming out of the air vents. My fiance plus I called the front desk to request service on the Heating plus A/C unit. The desk clerk told the more than one of us that it would take most of the morning, because the service business was tied up with other jobs around the hotel. My fiance plus I advised a new room, plus that is when the more than one of us found out that the building was booked to capacity. The people I was with and I actually did not leave a superb review online after every one of us left Monday morning. I do not understand how people were rating the hotel with more than three plus five stars, because it felt more care about a several to me.
