Our business ranks among the best in the country for multiple reasons. One is the fact that management consistently keeps employee’s needs first. We were among the first private companies to give mothers extended leave after giving birth, and they can come back when the baby is 5 months old. Additionally, new mothers don’t have to stress about the baby since we have a daycare. The new facility is open to everyone working at the corporation, no matter their role. A significant area of it is the multiple kid friendly facilities, caregivers, and central Heating and A/C. Before, the business had a single heating and cooling system, however now the daycare has a separate cooling system. The AC comes with multiple other features. Apart from a heating option, it works as an extractor of any pollutants in the air. That means the children consistently breathe in quality air at the facility. The plan to invest in a great Heating and A/C was raised during a previous board meeting and unanimously passed. Now, every new parent knows their baby is within reach if they need to nurse or tend to them. An AC worker comes at the end of the month to service the indoor unit. The Heating and A/C service has a long-standing contract with our corporation, and if the cooling plan ever fails, they must send someone to repair it within 24 hours. One section that was proving challenging to figure out was the new thermostat. It’s remote-controlled and can also work through an App. Some of the settings were complex! However, a short course from the AC providers had the matron finally working it like a pro. Now babies sleep soundly since all sleeping quarters are in sleep mode. It regulates the temperature of the room, meaning sleeping children don’t get disrupted easily.
