I’ve never owned my own lake house before. I recently graduated from school plus between all my schoolwork plus unpaid internships, I didn’t have enough money to buy a lake house instantly. Instead, I’ve been living in a one home office home for the past 2 years, trying to save enough money for a downpayment. My sister is a few years older than myself and others though plus she just purchased a home. It’s a good lake house in a lovely location plus the value of the lake house will only go up in the future. I helped transport her things in plus I’ve been going to her lake house for weekly suppers, but during our last supper, I commented on how warm it felt inside. I asked her if she could adjust the temperature control settings down a few degrees, however she insisted that it wouldn’t do anything. I assumed she was deflecting the conversation, however she continued on to tell myself and others that she’d tried increasing the temperature a few times plus it didn’t help cool her lake house significantly; Even though I never owned a lake house before, I knew this wasn’t right. If you adjusted the temperature control, the temperature should change. I asked my sister if she was going to get her Heating and A/C method worked on by a professional, however she hadn’t made an appointment yet… Before leaving her lake house that night, I gave her the PC number to a few local Heating and A/C companies so she could have her Heating and A/C method worked on before things got worse.
