The virtual class wasn’t that bad

Who in the world has ever heard of virtual yoga courses? Not me, and I would unquestionably have no interest in them.

I barely had any interest in typical yoga classes.

Because of the pandemic, however, it seems like absolutely everything is going online. I understand because how else can little businesses survive? Even my symphony here in my neighborhood is having virtual concerts. I’m sorry, but I am just not willing to spend money to watch them on my computer screen. Streaming music and stuff is available everywhere, but I’m just not interested. That being said, I have a friend who is heavily interested in exercise and is going through withdrawal from her yoga classes and her workout program at the gym. She convinced me that I should take a virtual yoga class with her. Against my better judgment, I agreed to do it with her. Well, oddly enough, I found that I kind of liked the online yoga idea. I didn’t have to be in a room with other sweaty women and have my face 6 inches in front of their butts. In fact, during this peculiar time of it, I discovered that the yoga classes brought a good kind of peace along with them. I may not be able to go to the gym right now or go to the yoga studio or melt away my stresses in the sauna, but I can work with a personal trainer online or take virtual yoga classes. If you are someone who likes to exercise or simply feels like you should be exercising, don’t be afraid to try virtual training classes or yoga classes.
