New kind of treadmill is worth the extra money

I workout every day, without every skipping a day.

I devote approximately sixty minutes to exercising.

While I change up the types of workouts, my favorite thing is running. I enjoy the convenience of it. Although I manage to burn a great deal of calories and work up a decent sweat, I have the opportunity to clear my thoughts. Due to the inclement weather in my local area, I’m very seldom able to run outside. For a long time, I always paid attention to the forecast, looking for a day when I could finally head out on a long run. I eventually invested in a treadmill. I first completed a whole bunch of research into the various makes and models of treadmills available on the market. I found a new technology that ended up costing me at least twice as much as I’d expected. However, I am sure the higher price of the treadmill was well spent. This style of treadmill doesn’t need any electricity to run, and instead of the belt spinning at a set speed, I power it with my strides. The belt on this modern treadmill looks similar to the treads on an army tank and it’s shaped with a bit of a curve. As I step, my feet compel the belt to move. The advantage is that I can alter the speed at any time, plus I can run at any speed. The treadmill operates very smoothly, is quiet and comfortable to use. It took me a while to get accustomed to the way it works. The unit keeps a record and offers my current pace, average speed, distance and calories burned. It lets me compete against myself.
