Never been that into fitness

I have never been a fitness lady.

Even as a kid, I was more interested in reading my books than going outside and riding my bike.

But as I get a bit older, I knew that even though a gym membership is not what I want, I need to be more focused on wellness and health. Because of this awareness in wellness and health, I have sought out the advice of friends who are more fit than I am and also have looked into personal training programs. My buddy convinced me to start little by taking some yoga classes. There is a yoga studio pretty nearby our house, but now because of the virus, there aren’t any yoga places that are offering in-person yoga classes right now. So, I figured that was the end of that, however it turns out that they are offering virtual yoga courses. You take the yoga classes at the same time as everyone else, but you stay in your own home. The teacher has a livestream video feed going and the yoga classes are live. Well, I am not all that interested in doing anything online. I am a real life kind of gal, although I decided I should go ahead and take the yoga course with my friend. I consistently thought they would be easy, however it turns out that yoga classes are hard! These yoga classes are a new adventure for me, and once I get used to them I know I will begin some nutritional programs and work with a personal trainer.
