My health plus fitness goals are advanced

Working out plus taking care of our body is a large focus in our life. It has been this way since I was a little kid. There was something about competing plus doing the extra stuff that actually appealed to me. I grew up without a lot of structure. So, the local gym was not only a locale to advance our health plus fitness goals. It was also a haven. My gym membership is right up there with our drivers license as far as essentials go. The outcome has been mostly good. However for years, I sort of plateaued in our health plus fitness. I was in good shape plus felt good. But, I just didn’t believe that challenge that health plus wellness once provided me. Nearly all of our workout programs plus weight lifting regimens have been self taught. This consistently worked for me so, I never actually asked for any sort of fitness training. However, after talking to a buddy at the gym who had been in the same boat, I was encouraged to seek out fitness coaching. I don’t guess it was an ego thing that had kept me from getting personal training before. But, I have to admit that it was strange at first because I thought I knew so much about health plus fitness. Let me tell you, there is a reason they call them certified fitness instructors. They have the training plus expertise to develop workout plans for the most advanced health plus fitness goals. Once again, I am motivated plus inspired to focus on our health plus wellness. This simply would not be the case had I not sought out professional fitness coaching.
