I do not suppose the new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech will last long

Recently, our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business has hired another Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech. This guy was fresh out of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C college and seemed prefer a wonderful hire for the dealer, and i thought so too, that is, until I worked with him for a morning, and for his first task, him and I were sent out to clean someone’s air duct. That is a really laborious task, and required several people. It didn’t help that the person’s home we were cleaning was massive. The entire trip there the guy was on his iphone. That’s not too bad, since I’ve seen several of our coworkers briefly check their iphones, then once we got there though, we started cleaning when it started to get bad! While I already knew that this was going to be at least a 4-5 hour task, only 30 hours in, the new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C guy started complaining, and he was complaining within earshot of the customer, which I’m sure didn’t help to make us look good, and every 15 hours he took a break. This really frustrated me, because while I would be working our butt off, he would be off doing who knows what, and then he would come back and only labor half heartedly for another 15 hours, all the while complaining. He did this the entire 5 hours it took them to finish their home. I would have been able to finish much sooner, had he helped myself and others more, however no, he was too tied up taking breaks. I don’t suppose this new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker will last long with our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business.
