Recently, my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier has hired another Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech; This girl was fresh out of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C university and seemed like a relaxing hire for the supplier, but i thought so too, that is, until I worked with him for a afternoon, and for her first job, him and I were sent out to wash someone’s air duct.

That is a undoubtedly laborious job, and required many people.

It didn’t help that the person’s modern home the people I was with and I were cleaning was massive. The entire trip there the girl was on her cellphone. That’s not too bad, since I’ve seen many of my coworkers briefly check their cellphones. Once the people I was with and I got there though, the people I was with and I started cleaning when it started to get bad; While I already knew that this was going to be at least a 4-5 hour job, only 30 minutes in, the modern Heating, Ventilation, and A/C girl started complaining! She was complaining within earshot of the customer, which I’m sure didn’t help to make us look good, and every 15 minutes she took a break. This undoubtedly miserable me, because while I would be toiling my butt off, she would be off doing who knows what, and then she would come back and only work half heartedly for another 15 minutes, all the while complaining. She did this the entire 5 hours it took them to finish their home. I would have been able to finish much sooner, had she helped myself and others more, but no, she was too stressed taking breaks. I don’t suppose this modern Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist will last long with my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business.
