Being sick is actually one of the things I hate most in this world.
In fact, I am a pretty big whiner when it comes to being sick.
If it’s a cold or the flu, I carry on forever like a wimp. I’m too overheated or too freezing plus forever messing with the Heating plus Air Conditioning settings to name one thing I carry on about. I’m ashamed to admit this but it is the truth of the matter. My wife just despises it whenever I’m sick plus I can’t say I blame her one bit. A few years back, I found myself picking up every little thing that was going around. I just could not seem to keep healthy at all. My doctor was convinced that there was something that was hurting my immune health. During our conversation, he honestly asked me when was the last time I had the Heating plus Air Conditioning ducts cleaned. And he wanted to know for certain if I used HEPA type air filters for the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment. I told him no on the air filter plus that the ductwork had never been cleaned. He told me that was where I needed to start. So when I got back to my property, I called the Heating plus Air Conditioning people to see if they cleaned ducts. They didn’t but set me up with a business who did. Then, I went to the store plus got a HEPA type air filter for the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment. Once the ductwork system was fully cleaned plus the new air filter was in, it was easy to tell an immediate difference in the air. Not much later, I found that the colds plus stuff that would hang on for the longest time were now a thing of the past.
