Being sick is one of the things I don’t care for in this world.
- In fact, I am a sizable whiner when it comes to being sick.
If it’s a cold or even the flu, I carry on like a real wimp. I’m too boiling or too nippy plus forever messing with the Heating plus A/C to name one thing I carry on about. I’m ashamed to admit this however it is the complete truth of the matter. My wife just hates it whenever I’m sick plus I can’t say that I blame her 1 bit. A little while ago, I found myself picking up every little thing that was going around. I just could not seem to remain healthy at all. My healthcare worker was convinced that there was something that was suppressing my immune health. During our conversation, she asked me when the last time was that I had the Heating plus A/C ducts cleaned. And she wanted to know if I used HEPA type air filters for the Heating plus A/C device. I told her no on the air filter plus that the system of ductwork had never been cleaned as far as I could remember. She told me to get started there. So when I got back to my household, I called the Heating plus A/C people to see if they cleaned ducts. They didn’t however set me up with a corporation who was able to do that. Then, I went to the store and picked up a HEPA type air filter for the Heating plus A/C. Once the ductwork was cleaned plus the new air filter was in, I could tell an immediate difference in the air. Not much later, I discovered that the colds plus stuff that would hang on forever were now a thing of the past.
