Being sick is actually a single of the worst things I don’t care for in this world.
In fact, I am a pretty major old whiner when it comes to being sick.
If it’s a cold or even the flu, I commonly carry on like a wimp. I’m too boiling or too freezing plus forever messing with the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine to name something I carry on about. I’m actually ashamed to admit this but it is the complete truth of the matter. My wife hates it whenever I’m sick plus I can’t say that I can really blame her for that. Just a handful of years back, I found myself picking up every little thing that happened to be going around. I just could not seem to stay healthy at all. My healthcare worker was convinced that there was something that was terrible for my immune health. During our conversation, he actually asked me when I had the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C ducts cleaned. And he wanted to learn if I used HEPA style air filters for the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine. I told him no on the air filter plus that the ductwork had never been cleaned from what I knew. He told me to start there. So when I got back to my residence, I called the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C people to see if they cleaned ducts. They didn’t but set me up with a supplier who did. Then, I went to the store plus purchased a HEPA style air filter for the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine. Once the air ducts were cleaned plus the current air filter was in, I was able to tell the difference in the air. Not much later, I found that the colds plus stuff that would hang on forever were finally gone.
