Being sick is definitely one of the things I hate a great deal in this world.
In fact, I am a massive whiner when it comes to being sick.
If it’s a simple cold or even the flu, I carry on pretty much like a total wimp. I’m too hot or too frigid and forever messing with the Heating and Air Conditioning appliance to name a simple thing I carry on about. I’m ashamed to disclose this however it is the honest truth of the matter. My husband sincerely hates it whenever I’m sick and I can’t say that I blame him for that. Some years back, I found myself picking up every little thing that was going around. I just could not seem to stay healthy at all. My healthcare professional was convinced that there was something that was messing with my immune health. During our conversation, he actually asked me when I had the Heating and Air Conditioning ducts cleaned. And he wanted to know if I used HEPA style air filters for the Heating and Air Conditioning appliance. I told him no on the air filter and that the ductwork had never been cleaned as far as I could recall. He told me to get started there. So when I got home, I reached out to the Heating and Air Conditioning people to see if they cleaned ducts. They didn’t however set me up with a company who did. Then, I went to the store and purchased a HEPA type air filter for the Heating and Air Conditioning appliance. Once the system of ductwork was cleaned and the new air filter was in, it was easy to tell a difference in the air. Not much later, I found that the colds and stuff that would hang on forever were now a thing of the past.
