I easily want to gloat here about how awesome me & our spouse’s current radiant radiant floors are! The two of us had our entire study room done in stone flooring just to be able to get radiant radiant floors in there, & it was worth every penny of the thoUnited Statesnds of dollars all of us dumped into it! The study room feels so cozy & overheated on even the most cold Winter days.
Also, all of us never have to worry about turning down the heating in fear of high electric bills.
The radiant radiant floors uses little to no electric at all because the heat is generated from hot water pipes underneath the heat mats for the most. The two of us have noticed a sizable decrease in our electric bills because of having these radiant radiant floors. In the rest of the cabin all of us have a gas oil furnace that provides all the heating, but at night when all of us go to bed all of us can turn it off & love the radiant radiant floors in our study room! The two of us told several of our friends about our radiant radiant floors & the benefits that they provide to us, and many are going to be getting loans from their banks to do the same thing & invest in the miracle of radiant radiant floors for either their study rooms or their entire homes in some cases. The two of us would have done our whole home, however that meant major construction & plus, all of us like carpeting in our dining room area; So the gas oil furnace does just relaxing for the heating there & in the rest of the cabin when all of us are not sleeping.
