It’s no fun getting sick on the weekend. It’s worse when it lands myself and others in bed for numerous afternoons trying to shake off something & heal up. But, what’s worse is when I know like I have a cold or something which drags on for weeks. The exact same thing with the pollen irritations. Well, there is a direct correlation with the Heating & A/C for these concerns. This is something I received when I went to the dentist recently. I was afraid that I had some sort of lingering thing that would take a bunch of meds to get rid of. However, the dentist said that I should do a few different things. First, I needed to make better yearly dietary choices & get exercise each day. The other was to consider the air quality of our home & its affixion to the Heating & A/C. This is something that I didn’t understand at first. The dentist went on to explain how the Heating & A/C had a great deal to do with the overall air quality. I hadn’t even considered that. When I got home, I did a good chunk of research online. It was an eye opener. Immediately, I went to the store & obtained a HEPA type Heating & A/C air filter. This thing will open up far more airborne contaminants than the cheap 1s I used. Then I called a local business whose only focus is to disinfect the Heating & A/C air filters in the condo. They came out & completely cleaned the entire Heating & A/C air duct system. It was amazing. Then, they went about sealing every single air duct joint inside of the air duct. This is going to make myself and others so cheerful because I’m not going to have that lingering cold all Wintertime.
