Keeping a workout planner helps

I suffered six broken bones during a car accident that occurred 3 months ago.

I was not at fault during the accident.

The driver swerved to avoid a pothole and ended up in my lane. My car was completely totaled and the other car was damaged badly as well. I spent several weeks in the hospital due to the crash. Both of my legs were broken and I had to learn to use the muscles in my legs again after the casts were removed. I worked with a personal trainer for several weeks and now I am on my own now. The personal trainer recommended keeping a workout planner. A workout planner is a great way to keep track of daily activities and exercises. Each day, I write down all of the exercises that I perform. I keep a journal of my fitness routine so I can see results on paper. On Mondays and Tuesdays, I run 3 miles, lift weights, and exercise both of my legs. On Wednesday and Thursday, I take a break from running and cardio. On Fridays, I have a group fitness class at the YMCA. Right now I am taking yoga for beginners. It’s a great way to stay in shape and stay limber. I like yoga for beginners and I met a really nice girl in the class. Her name is Jane and she lives in the same neighborhood as me. I haven’t found the courage to ask her out on a date yet, but I’m pretty sure she will say yes. She laughs at all my jokes and she even giggles when I touch her arm.
