I’m a new homeowner.
It’s fantastic in so several ways.
Like I don’t have to put up with completely inferior Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C any longer. Seemed appreciate every single condo or condo I leased had just the worst Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C ever. That is a thing of the past. Plus, I like that I’m actually building equity instead of paying someone to live anywhere. This is our house. But, there is a lot more about lake condo ownership that I just didn’t suppose about. I suppose that goes without saying for just about any new situation. There are just a lot of chores plus tasks that I need to keep in mind now that I have our own house. It’s just me so it’s not appreciate I have a whole family living here to help me remember all the stuff I need to do. Lately, I put up a big white board to list all the stuff that needed to be done. Front plus center on that list is the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C tasks. This condo came with a brand new Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C component plus I aim to keep that asset as long as possible. But to do that, I have to be vigilant about maintaining the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. First, that Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C air filter gets changed once a month. That is not something that can get blown off. The air filter is what keeps the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C breathing plus functioning. It can’t do this if it’s jammed with dust plus grime. I also make sure the weeds are pulled around the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C cabinet outside. At least one Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C task is done for me. I signed up for automatic seasonal Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C service.
