Keep the Heating & A/C on the to do list

I’m a new homeowner.

It’s good in so several ways.

Like I don’t have to put up with completely inferior Heating & A/C any longer. Seemed love every single new home or apartment I leased had just the worst Heating & A/C ever. That is a thing of the past. Plus, I savor that I’m actually building equity instead of paying someone to live somewhere. This is my house. But, there is a lot more about new home ownership that I just didn’t guess about. I believe that goes separate from saying for just about any new situation. There are just a lot of chores & tasks that I need to keep in mind now that I have my own house. It’s just me so it’s not love I have a whole family living here to help me remember all the stuff I need to do. Lately, I put up a immense white board to list all the stuff that needed to be done. Front & center on that list is the Heating & A/C tasks. This apartment came with a brand new Heating & A/C unit & I aim to keep that asset as long as possible. But to do that, I have to be vigilant about maintaining the Heating & A/C. First, that Heating & A/C air filter gets changed once a month. That is not something that can get blown off. The air filter is what keeps the Heating & A/C breathing & functioning. It can’t do this if it’s restrained with dust & grime. I also make sure the weeds are pulled around the Heating & A/C cabinet outside. At least a single Heating & A/C task is done for me. I signed up for automatic seasonal Heating & A/C service.
