The most exciting area of buying our first house was knocking the walls out in the living room to the kitchen in order to create the open concept I had always wanted.
One thing that I chose to ignore when both of us bought the house was the old Heating and Air Conditioning system. I knew that eventually, this would cause problems. The reason I ignored this was because I know that the region where I live rarely gets sizzling or cold enough to where an Heating and Air Conditioning system is necessary. I guess that Heating and Air Conditioning is unnecessary in most temperatures, but most homes have them anyway, but a good Heating and Air Conditioning system to many, but not to me and our family, but every one of us are more comfortable in the elements and both of us are letting an Heating and Air Conditioning control the way both of us guess on a yearly basis. I appreciate using the Heating and Air Conditioning mostly when I am sick or pregnant. Being pregnant can make a lady become much warmer that she was before being pregnant. Having a good working Heating and Air Conditioning system is a great thing but to our family it is not a priority… When both of us decided to rent the house out, both of us decided that it was time to update our Heating and Air Conditioning system! Many people see heating and cooling as a necessity, and both of us wanted to be the best property owners in the game.
