Our company has a large contract with the government to oversee many of the government buildings all over the state. These buildings may not belong to our company, but it is felt, and experience has shown us that if we act like these buildings are ours, it is the best way to ensure that we keep this contract. What is meant is that no expense should be spared in keeping our client the government happy, even though at the end of the contract the buildings will not be in the possession of our company, as they are not ours and never will be. The government pays our company enough in caretaker contracts that we must treat the buildings like they are our pride and joy. In the current climate what this means is to make sure that the buildings we oversee have the absolute finest in antibacterial and disease killing technology available. We have already sourced HEPA filter providers around the state. We now need to find a good price on UV air filters for every building we oversee. Every building is also to look into any HVAC repair that is needed. We also want to see if there are any HVAC upgrades that could be done. Heating and cooling systems need to be running at their best to ensure that humidity controls are in a good range, as humidity is where bacteria and germs may fester. All buildings are to receive thorough air duct cleaning. There are other steps that we will need to take, it is assumed and we will look into these soon.
