I could not believe the fact that when I went to my local grocery store the other week, that it was closed! It had a sign in the window that said “closed for repairs” I was thinking to myself…repairs for what? How can a grocery store need to be repaired in the way of closing down?! After researching more of it, I found out that it was because they needed a brand new commercial HVAC system.
- The fact that the weather is so dire this time of the year, without any kind of heating and cooling, buyers would not be wanting to shop there anyhow.
The employees would not want to come and work there, so it made sense. The commercial heating and air conditioner was supposed to be installed within a week. I was glad that there were a few other grocery stores I could go to in the meantime. Their prices were higher, but what option did I have? If the correct grocery store did not have actually working heating and air conditioner, there was not much I could do about the situation other than wait it out like all the people else and shop elsewhere in the meantime. Finally the correct grocery store was back and open for business. Their new heating & air conditioner was fully functional and actually working great! I was glad to know that they were able to replace the commercial heating and air conditioner component in a pretty timely manner. Like I said, HVAC systems are legitimately needed around here.
