I could not believe the fact that when I went to our local grocery store the other week, that it was closed! It had a sign in the window that said “closed for repairs” I couldn’t help but to think to myself…repairs for what? How can a grocery store need to be repaired in the way of closing down?! After researching more of it, I found out that it was because their HVAC method had failed and they were in the process of getting a new one.
The fact that the weather is so dire this time of the year, without any kind of HVAC system, purchasers would not be wanting to shop there anyhow, as well as the employees would not want to come and work there, so it made sense.
The commercial HVAC plan was supposed to be installed within a week. I was glad that there were a few other grocery stores I could go to in the meantime. Their prices were higher, but what option did I have? If the regular grocery store did not have working heating and air conditioning, there was not much I could do about the situation other than wait it out like everyone else as well as shop elsewhere in the meantime! Finally the grocery store was back opened for business, and the commercial HVAC machine was fully functional as well as now working great! I was glad to know that they were able to substitute the HVAC unit in a pretty timely manner, and like I said, heating and air conditioning systems are entirely needed around here.
