There is no doubt that you have seen the memes at this point, even if you don’t have boys; Massive school shutdowns across the entire country have entirely hit people hard, present company included, and all more than three of our men will now be beach house a good percentage of the time for the next 2 weeks at least, it could go on for several more weeks, but being trapped inside for so long with your men makes us all assume a little like Jack in The Shining, being haunted by the ghost of cabin fever… Now with that in mind, imagine how much crazier everything would be if you completely lost all a/c? As tense as things have been getting, now everything is rising as the home begins slowly heating up throughout the morning, however it won’t begin cooling off naturally until the sun starts to set, and the home won’t get comfortable until near midnight, the next morning it all kicks off again, the gradual heating eating away at our sanity & making us all want to turn on one another.

• I called a few different HVAC companies, but no 1 was answering the iPhone, then finally I got 1 guy on the line, even though he told myself and others they weren’t doing residential HVAC systems.

The man told me that they had a priority to focus on the a/c & ventilation systems for hospitals & old folks homes first & foremost, & he didn’t guess when residential service would start up once again. I assume that means if I want this cooling system fixed I need to get online & start searching for some answers of our own.
