Dude! Old age really snuck up on me. In our brain, I believe as though I am about 30 or thereabouts. But in truth I am now solidly in our 60s. That just doesn’t even sound right to me. 60s feels utterly impossible. I see it in the mirror though as well as I believe it in our bones as well. All the gray hair that has completely taken over our beard. It’s now mostly salt with absolutely little pepper involved. But, it’s our body that I am having the most difficult time changing to. There is always a lot of ibuprofen in our life. I also really find fantastic comfort in the Heating plus A/C. My entire life has been as an outdoors person. This has to do a fantastic deal with where I live. My locale is replete with all sorts of things to do in nature. And, I love doing a fantastic deal of them. Unfortunately, our section has a four to 5 month span where the heat is pretty rough. Back in the day, I could just sweat through it in order to prefer our outdoor pursuits in the summertime. However these days, I am finding that I just can’t manage the heat of the day anymore. It’s all just too overwhelming. I have even felt a bit faint at times. This prompted me to go to the doc but, he said I was fine as well as just needed to be smarter about exerting in the heat. So, I have turned inwards, to more indoorsy stuff in the summertime because that way I can be in the Heating plus A/C. I sure don’t want to be that dummy who strokes out in the heat when he should have been indoors soaking up some glorious Heating plus A/C cooling.
