I enjoy working at a lively factory in my town, however, in the factory there are large heating systems and machinery of every kind scattered throughout the building; As logic would expect, the heating systems produce an extra modest amount of heat and noise.
At times the furneses would make it so boiling that several of the guys would need to stop working and step out of the building because they were overheating.
This happened multiple times a day and It needed to stop. The people me and my friends at work went to our head manager to bring a petition about the heating systems and how we could make the work environment more tolerable. We recommended that either there be put multiple windows in the factory that would allow fresh air to come in and out or a couple of air conditioners would be installed by an HVAC technician. The manager took it to the board of managers where they discussed putting in an air conditioner or maybe moving the heating systems location to a better ventilated area. They finally decided to install some heavy duty air conditioner systems. The people I was with and I were all thrilled to finally be working in an air conditioned building! The HVAC business men came and began installing the air conditioners for us. When the HVAC business men were finished installing the air conditioners, the people I was with and I took them out for dinner to show them our gratefulness. After dinner, the people I was with and I asked the HVAC business men to show us how the HVAC network works so any of us could do minor repairs to the air conditioners when needed. It has been a few weeks since the HVAC business men installed the air conditioners and I cannot tell you how good its been working in an air conditioned environment.
