I do not like to see anyone get bullied. That’s just not the sort of thing that I can simply sit idly by & let happen. Of course, that goes double when it’s an old lady getting bullied by a bunch of idiots who have just a little bit of power. Those sort of situations just make myself and others see red. And I’m currently trying to fend off our HOA over just the dumbest enforcement of the dumbest rule regarding residential Heating & A/C. The HOA has just a boatload of the most inane rule you can imagine. While I understand the method is some uniformity in order to maintain property value, however come on. There is a rule that the Heating & A/C machine can’t be seen from the street. There’s a rule about the working order of the Heating & A/C equipment. And there is a rule about the color. Well, it’s a vague rule the HOA is using to try & force an old lady to replace her Heating & A/C equipment. The Heating & A/C lodgeet is laying in the sunshine almost all afternoon. And where every one of us live, that just eats up paint. So the Heating & A/C equipment, which can’t be seen from the street anyway, is sunshine faded. But it’s still only 15 years old & has plenty more quality heating & air left in it. My friend is on a fixed income & can’t just go out & purchase the latest & greatest in residential Heating & A/C. My son & I did a paint match at the hardware store. We’re going to paint the metal panels on the Heating & A/C equipment. If that doesn’t suffice, then it will be time to turn this matter over to the lawyer shark in the family, my partner.
