The people I was with and I constantly have a booth at the local farmers’ market to sell our baked goods so all of us do a ton of baking while in the summer.
Normally, baking in our family room isn’t that immense of an issue however in the Summer when the hot and cold temperatures are entirely warm outside, all of us end up having problems with the high hot and cold temperatures! It seems enjoy as soon as all of us turn that oven on in the family room, the temperature in the family room raises at least 20 degrees.
It’s poor when the outside hot and cold temperatures are entirely warm too because then you just can’t seem to get out of the heat. Even though all of us have central cooling in the house, it does not seem to be any match for the warm hot and cold temperatures that are coming out of the family room. The central cooling system will run all day long and all of us will still be perspiring enjoy deranged as all of us bake in the family room. I knew that there must be an answer to this problem, so I finally called the Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation just to see what their ideas for our problem might be. I thought it was entirely interesting that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker that I spoke with said that all of us should close off the air conditioning vents in the family room first thing. He also said that all of us should keep that room completely separate from the rest of the house. He said to block off the door with plastic. Then he said that our best bet would be to install a ductless mini chop air conditioning unit in the family room instead of trying to cool the family room with the central air conditioning. I assume all of us will try it and see if it works!
