Mark had typically had plans to transport to the mountains and live in a cottage; since he was young, that had been his wish, and his dad took him to a cottage for a short vacation… Then he loved exploring the woods and the silence, which was so unusual from the busy city; however when the pandemic hit, Mark got an opportunity to own a cottage.
His partner was also against the method since they felt the need to transport away from the crowded town life… They bought a cottage in the woods, which came with an old oil furnace and so much land with a river splitting in between. The old oil furnace was a wonderful model which kept the cottage boiling during the several cold mornings in fall and cold afternoons in Winter. His partner, at first, was having complications with having an oil tank in the space to supply oil to the oil furnace… But, an actual heating and A/C expert assured them the old oil furnace setup was great. However, things weren’t as rosy last week when Mark’s partner discovered a leak from the oil tank. This sent her into a panic as she immediately shut off the old oil furnace and contacted Mark, who was in town purchasing supplies, however Mark knew an oil leak was a severe issue and commanded his partner to ventilate the new home even though it was freezing outside… On his way back, Mark passed by the heating and A/C business and went with an actual heating and A/C expert to the cottage to evaluate the oil leak from the old oil furnace tank. This was an indoor oil leak caused by a faulty pipe that the heating and A/C expert replaced to avoid more complications.
